Steve
Hi I’m Steve, and i am a father of twin girls. Before starting in disability over 2 years ago I was a infantryman in the Australian Defence Force for almost 8 years.
Through lived disability an opportunity for a career change arose.. My hobbies include fishing, computer games, outdoor activities and I am not afraid to try new things.

EJ
I love creating videos with participants, using them as a tool for inspiration and engagement, especially when encouraging community involvement. In 2021, I was honored to receive a Community Service Award for my work supporting clients in SIL. However, the greatest reward has always been giving back to the community and seeing the smiles on the faces of those we care for.
This experience reinforced my commitment to providing individually tailored support, alongside a team that shares the same values as Steve and I. Engagement is at the heart of what I do—I believe every client deserves staff who advocate for their choice and control while delivering high-quality, meaningful support that empowers them on their journey.
